Doom
Walk on you poor and lonely man
Walk on until you die
No one will ever be your friend
No one will wonder why
You've walked the cold and empty world
You've heard the people's cries
You've seen the old and friendless too
and heard their empty sighs
Walk on beneath the cold night sky
beneath the cold star's gleam
Walk on until you curl and die
Forgotten all your dreams
You've seen men cruel to other men
and felt the pains of war
You've wondered why there is no love
and what our lives are for
Walk on with just the wind to care
to be your only friend
Walk on beneath the cold grey moon
Until you meet your end
Walk on you wise and lonely man
Walk on until you die
No one will ever be your friend
No one will wonder why
