The world was once our playground, With you at my side, You were my best friend, My story teller, My kiss goodnight, My dad, Now everything has changed, The tables have turned, I have trouble, Putting one foot, In front of the other, So many questions, You haven't awnsered, To many memories, That will not be shared, Who will walk me down the isle? Who will help me through life? You were my everything, And now there is no one, No one to light the shadow on my face, No one to tuck me in, So where are you now? Didn't anyone ever tell you, That little girls need their daddys? Who's gonna cuss out my prom date? And hold me when I'm scared? What am I supposed to do? I so alone, I so afraid, The empty space inside of me, Where once my daddy was, Is never to be filled again, I am never going to be whole again, Everyone tells me, To pick myself up, To move on, But I can't, The world is no longer our playground, It's my living hell, My own personal breathing, thriving nightmare, And your not here, To make the monsters go away, SO if you can hear me, Listen good, I'll love you forever daddy, And I've never needed you more. ~Billy~

Hm... Beautifully tragic. The ending really just says and brings the rest of it to such an intense close. Brilliant write.
