My last thread of hope all i have left to deal with my life, too learn to cope at causing pain ive grown deft.
All my wounds inside and out seem to burn bright I didnt know what life was about I was soon to learn it was all a fight.
A fight for freedom a fight for control a fight from your parents who think your dumb a fight for life to survive, you main goal.
well here I am at the crossroads of life choose the path of fortune and glam or the one that causes everyone strife.
Well here I go now I must choose my pain I already know If I chose wrong what will I lose.
Now my wounds are burning brighter than before my stomach is churning I can't think anymore.
My wrists show my pain all the times I screamed all the times I was to blame being born into a horrific scheme.
The scars seem to glow like the day they were carved the risks that Ive always know all the times the temptation starved.
Well here are the crossroads of my life be fortunate and happy or cause people strife.
I choose the right one the path to my life Ill break free from control I wont cause anyone strife.
I will freely stoll through the streets at night when I want to go and never have to fight.
I chose the right path the path of my life you do the math why cause strife.
If you can live happily with fortune and fame and always seem to smile to never get stuck with blame.

Awesome write Tiffany. I enjoyed reading this piece very much. It reminded me of times in my own past that I have learned to deal with. Great job,

great work, ALABS!
with any crossroad, the options are plenty. take your time, think it through. i wish you the best of luck in choosing your path - remember that for the most part, it can be undone.

Wonderful piece! The ending stanza really brought everything together nicely and perfectly. Beautifully written, the message is something to really think about.

Very nice...can we grow strong without emotional diversity?
