Swaying to the music under the pale moonlight
Trapped in the eyes of strangers, dancing an eternal song
Her head high up in the air, a sense of poise radiating from her
An enigma, this girl seems to be in the minds of her audience
Golden tresses in the air gliding with her movements
Sparkling diamonds deftly sutured on her exquisite gown
Ethereal, an angel this delicate lady must be
The melody of the song long forgotten on deaf ears
All eyes on the lady in black; dancing the night away
On a stage, she dances paying no heed to her spectators
Endlessly moving in the influence of her own song
Knowing her song will eventually come to an end,
She bequeaths all her feelings unto her final touches
Taking that final bow, she turns to smile at the world
Conceding everyone during her final moments on stage.
