I subjugate, morph and mutate, into your perception of me. I have many faces, secret places, where the changes occur rapidly.
No one can see, the real me, I’m superseded by other’s needs. I enter your mode, go down your road, with empathy I then proceed.
My persona changes and rearranges, like quick silver I run the gamut. Feel your emotions, swim your oceans, of lost love and avenues shut.
I’m lost somewhere, my soul bare, an ever changing chameleon. I need to search for deeper truths find my own dream to dream upon.
If I could negate and change fate, and find that long, lost me. Then I would know, where to go, when I needed empathy.

Part of this felt forced, it's an interesting comparison to that of a chameleon though. It could be tweeked, such as the imagery and the raw emotion, especially if you're passing it off as something "you" are.

I like it! The use of the chameleon as what seems to be a form of metaphor is a great idea!
