A starry night placed within a mind may have a dream to utter. Shall the moon fade and hide from the day the stars will flutter. To my gentle waking I became aware of this quaint night. If my eyes were speaking the truth, it was without light.
As I lay in awe the night stands still without a sound. To this twilight in mind it is a passion that I have found. Within the shadow of my heart a story is revealed. Of a womans kiss placed on a mans lips and forever sealed.
From what wise ones say dreams are of what we long for. If we search for that very essence we'll unlock the door. Such as a moonlight masquerade we dance with fire. Until we crawl from the depths of a crush and fly higher.
Whatever this night may bring I hope for the best. To escape from what all people say and put life to the test. If it is love that I long for the door is open so walk right in. Let this masquerade of ours float above the stars and begin.
