I kissed Death’s lips cold and barren they lay whispered thy name and he let me pass by.
I walked through battle fields Watched men slowly die Whispered thy name And kept myself alive.
I held heaven’s hand warm and gentle it felt whispered thy name and she stayed till the end of man.
And I will whisper thy name You will be my one true love.
