They tell me you could die That makes me want to cry Because without you in my life I would be so very dry
The thought of goodbye Kills me inside Losing you forever Would be like damnation
If I could heal your body I'd do it in a heartbeat But I can only love you With my whole heart and soul
Please don't leave me love Even the brightest angel above Couldn't compare to our life down here Nothing can even come near
You must be very strong We've got to carry on And together we'll wage a war On your illness forever more
Now gently take my hand And we'll firmly take a stand Letting our love shine light On the darkness in sight
The thought of goodbye Without you I would die So fight to stay alive So we can share our lives

I to enjoyed the rythym. It contained a bablance. Every word coincided with one another in a harmonic balance. Great job Kane,

This poem touched a nerve I will tell you.. It made me sit and read a few times.. you have a real gift with rhyme, something I do not posess.. This is terrifying and beautiful..
