Savior
Beneath the icy surface of the river she lies Caught, carried amongst swift currents Escape met in bitter, futile end As hope dims, Currents ever growing stronger. Drifting, all decisions pre-made by this raging river, Leading surely to death. Scarred arms reaching up, Begging for the surface Only just out of reach of slender hands, Desperately wanting to be free of this frigid soon-to-be grave. Strong hands plunge into the cold waters, Firmly grasping ones of the girl Gathering her into strong arms of a protective embrace, so warm and safe Lips meet in frenzied passion, Giving life into a body once dead; Awakening a lost soul. Her savior, Her love.

Feels more like a well crafted draught for a romance story, reminds me partly of the "Tempest" by shakespeare. Only partly mind you. It seems well thought out with rather good imagery. Shows a lot of talent, keep it up.
