I just need to stop gazing at your face
My mind is a little warped and scattered
My heart is a little happy, yet battered
You don't do much to help me out
You just sit there and wait for me to come out
And I just don't know where to take this now
And I just don't really know how
To make this all okay for you and me
Just stop making it so complicating
Be nice to me baby, I need some leniency
You just need to hold on to me
