My Angel

Revive me comfort
For I worry you might exile me
Can you afford a moment for me
To kiss my longing lips
And wet my tongue once more
If you must exit the door
Pardon me as if I were a beggar
For without you I would die in shame
I would that I could spend a night with you
To let the sun kill the envious moon
Will the stars be right on this night
For our love to forbid the daylight
Never say hence be gone
If you must do not keep me away long
For I wish to be your noble sir
Cast me not away for I need you so
My angel who shines bright within my soul
Be with me always and arouse my heart
With tender love to keep me alive
Chide away the world I do beseech you
For we are the only remaining souls
In this disfigured realm known as Earth
You are my love and the owner of my heart
I would that we are never again apart

I might be to bold to state that I wish I didn't know who this was about. Although, it was a great poem. I may be wrong and please correct me if I am but, I think this poem was previsouly written. But, it still has a place here in this poetic home. Great Job John...Great Job...
