The Start

Today will be a sunny night
It will awaken life
With light from thee
The word is unbelievable
The start of my new day
The smell of the taste
The touch it feels so great
The smile on my face
Yet I am left without a trace
I won’t beg
I won’t ask
Because today is the start of a new day
