There’s a thing that unifies us Always will as has done before Were all riding on a bullet That’s racing for deaths door
For your shot has now been fired And when time finally pulls it up The one thing you will want to measure Is how much good was in your cup
Some say no after life can happen We’re just walking pieces of coal But it’s one thing that I know for certain It’s deep down in my soul
I’m sure there is a heaven As I’m sure there is no hell You’re here to learn your lesson And you better learn it well
For we all will face the moment When this earthly life is through Then you will stand in judgement It is you who will judge you
I wonder how your feeling When the shoes on the other foot Your made to feel the repercussions Of every decision that you took
Every time you tore a heart down Or a friend you turned away When someone else was hurting Did you look the other way
How many bridges have you burned How many promises have you let drop How many hurt by words you’ve spoken How much suffering did you stop
It’s not to late I tell you Once you understand the way It’s hidden deep inside you All you have to do is pray
Now time is of the essence It’s something you can’t stop So use your moments wisely Drink life to the last drop

This is a truly incredible piece. It's intriguing which is probably what I like the most. It seems to look one direction and then take you in another. I loved it. I think it clearly gives a truly surreal interpretation of the way things are for humanity. People just don't understand that it is thier actions, not God, that will be thier final judge. Of course God acts as the Judge, but He judges according to our actions here in this life. People need to wise up and I think this poem, would be an excellent educational tool. Keep it up!!!
