Hi, all;

Well, it's taken me a while to get going after the move from CHP, but here I is

OK.

My actual name is T. GhostWolf Davidson, thus my use of "Wolf" as the informal/familiar mode of address. GhostWolf is the English translation of my Tsalagi Cherokee name, Skili Wahya; I'm 1/4 Choctaw, 1/4 Cherokee, and Heinz 57 European.

I've been writing poetry - actually, free-form verse for the most part, since 1962, but all of the writings from 1962 through the early part of 1966 were destroyed by my legal guardians: "Too dark", "Too much living in the past", and so on. In 1966, I found ways to conceal my writings, so over the coming weeks and months, I'll be posting it here.

54 years old, male, married (3rd marriage - and it's said the third time is the charm, and so it is), one son by the second marriage (Shane, who will be 28 in April), owned by two dogs, five cats, one parakeet, and one Betta (also known as "Siamese Fighting Fish"). Hobbies: woodworking, leatherworking, art, poetry, camping, fishing, plinking (target shooting, also known as "making confetti), reading, and computers (Sun Microsystems/Solaris, Windows (all versions), Linux, MacIntosh) - I build'em and repair'em and upgrade'em.

Career: Senior Technical Writer - one who writes the books people should read before they try to run the computer or an application on the computer

You (and others) can learn even more at my personal website; however, be careful if you read the biography section - it is brutal, blunt - and has triggered people who've had decent (non-abused) lives...

I figure I'll be posting my poetry in chronological order this time (with the exception of " Dark Sun Rising", the last poem I wrote) - somehow, it felt right to post that one first, as it is an excerpt from my own childhood, and thus somehow appropriate as an introduction
