Who Are You? That's my question A question that covers a lot of ground Think about it for a moment before you answer
So tell me... What dwells deep within the depths of your soul? What stirs inside your heart's little bowl? What spins around inside your mind? Think about this, you'll be surprised at what you find Is it love? Is it hate? Is it something that will lead you to your fate?
This world is not enough for you and me We are not the houses we live in We are not the vehicles we drive We are not the clothes we wear We are not the food we eat We are not the jobs we work We are not the money we make We are not the fads we chase We are no the fantasies we live out in our minds There is someting far more greater within all of us It's time we face reality The reality that we are walking and talking lifeforms... And we have the ability to choose our own destinies The things we own will end up owning us if we allow it So now that you've thought about it......who are you?

This is a very thought provoking poem, and definately sets the mood for this particular board, great job! And if my memory serves me correct, this is a Poet Club Original, eh?

I'm a French Italion poet of 25 years. Black market baby from bougaloussa La. My adopted parents paid 100 dollars for me in 67. I came with several cigarette burns on a 3 mnth old baby. I am the usual bi-polar dual diognosed borderline personality disorder. I only lie when I have to and am usualy too truthful with out realizing the consequences. I write about 8 lines of poetry a day 7 days a week and think way too highly of myself as a defense for the other crap my poetic ability has left blank. Am lost in a daydream and so horn dog it is unatural. Long jet black hair with a good bit of grey and fingersized curls. Eyes are blue green grey and it does not help because although I love to flirt I am way too choosey over my mate. I will not settle cause I;m lonely. My next relationship will be with a poet or writer or artist. Could handle a violin player or piano player as well. Grew tired of girls who live by their looks years ago. Looks are as shalow as shadows at sea. I'm rambling here so that is me. Romance is the most important thing n life and peace of mind is far more important than a piece of ...well you get it.

I
Am nothing but a Monster in the eyes of the world.
Lost in the dust, Of people who truly deserve a Spot in this judgmental yet Terrific world.
Nice piece by the way and stellar avatar. Is it Sub-Zero, from Mortal Kombat?

I am the monster that took away what she had I am the devil with out a heart that gladly took her hand I am the sunset that can't be felt and the cloud that can't be seen I kill the very thing I want in all my dreams But not the screams I get what I deserve Each time I close my eyes reality takes turns

Interesting point there Kem...you know you really don't have to reply to this piece with an answer...that's what the board is for. But, hey...it is an interesting read...

Great write! Really made me think about things.... Im a 16 girl forced to move around every 2-3 years b/c my parents dont know how to settle down. I am currently waiting for my car to get fixed so I can go off on my own... I go to a school where guys thinkits ok to try and rape little girls that walk down the hall ways. And yes, I am on of those little girls considering I'm 4'9 1/2". I guess I should tell how I look... I have brown hair that goes alittle past my shoulders, brown eyes, skinny but well muscled. I like playing sports like, field hockey (in-door made it to play-offs), hockey, football, and anything else that can be violent. I am interested in music and the arts. I play saxophone (all forms), trumpet, piano, learning the violin now, and can sing (soprano to tenor). I have a cat named Leo who is a maine coon. He is really cute I love him! I write fantasay pieces and anything that is sad. Yeah, thats all basically!
