In these few seconds
I tell my short tale
Of a rose soon to die
And its soul
Crumpled and frail
As its petals
Are still Red
And its thorns are still sharp
And its stem is still strong
Its heart is about to stop
Tortured and tattered
All alone by itself
Inside not so healthy
Awaiting to turn brown
Or maybe it would be quicker
To slowly drown
And only few
Things cared for this
Shattered Flower
Not enough love
For her to stay profound
So to end her pain
She pulled off her thorn
As she quivered
And her query
Was only of death
And the only thing
In her head
Was
V
O
I
C
E
S
So she cut off her petals
Of beauty and dismes
As she was soon bleeding
This Beautiful rose
Was sure soon to die.
And as I awoke
From this
Taunting
Dream
I realized how real it seemed
And as I fixed my eyes
On the knife by my bed
I noticed my wrists
Were covered in red.
.::Just as the Rose that was now dead::.
