[Broken hope]

Tonight the stars are black.
Tonight...show the feelings we pretend to lack.

Man it's a funny story about love again.
A broken ending left with-out your friend.

A fairy tale about the obscene.
Saying things that they didn't mean.

She said i love you always forever.
He said that he wouldn't lie, no, never.

Another shattered dream in never ever.
One more fake line ending with forever.

Will you read a story of love?
Will you blame yourself or God above?

Another piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit.
One more time to try and make the slit.

He wrote line after line to her all on his wrist.
She spilled a drop of blood for every kiss.

Is this the fairy tale you were looking for?
While reading a book with those you adore.
