Why We Four, Drink Coffee, On Halloween.
You want to hear a story. Do you? Well kids . . . Let me tell you a tale, not a myth, a real story. What I tell, Really Happenned . . .
It was All Hallow's Eve, Halloween. Clouds raced across the night sky. Pitch black it was. Full moon hid through behind clouds, playing with twinkling stars . . .
We all sat at tables in the cafe, drinking coffee from our cups. A mist started to form . . .
No one noticed the enveloping mists. It climbed the windows covering the pictures outside . . .
No one noticed as darkened shadows, crept in, flowing over foot and floor . . .
And soon, one by one, from one to another, they started to fall . . .
From more than a dozen, one by one, into the shadow mist, floating through the cafe. They fell . . .
Then we only equaled four, at our table with our coffee. All but four dead, on this All Hallow's Eve, Halloween . . .
Victims, of clouded death, mist of darken shadow, handing out walking sleep, sleep eternal . . .
Only at this table, us four did not fall. Who is to say what saved us that day . . .
So since that time, we four sit at that table, drinking coffee with those cups . . .
Watching the mists. Talking with clouded death, sleep walking by . . .
And that I say, is the tale of a real story, on this All Hallow's Eve, Halloween . . .
And to this day, it remains unexplained. As we sit in this cafe drinking our coffee from our cups at this table. Every Halloween, and All Hallow's Eve . . .
