the moon's in flames
bleeding me dry with its fire
scorching my insides
its no longer resplendent
for it does not hold its beauty anymore
its in flames, now, blue flames
for it is ugly, tainted
like me... its scarred
like everyone, exposed...
burning continueously to a crisp...
uhh, this is a weird piece. sorta metaphorical....

I like it. I can't exactly say I can grasp the meaning --I never was good at things like that-but I suppose I get the basic meaning of it... Something to do with us, truly us, how we alla re ugly deep down? Nyaa, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. I'd actually be thankful for the correct meaning. =P Anyway, as said before, I liked it.

umm, yeah... ur right. its about how we all seem so beautiful hiding behind our facade that it takes flames to melt the masks that we wear to expose what we truly are... ugly... because we're not perfect... we're only human... i dunno why i put it here though

I think I understood what you meant. Our inner Demons can sometimes make a thing of beauty look ugly to us as our lives become ugly. At least that is what I gathered.
