I tremble in fear, my dreams sear, the sanctity of my mind. Shadowy faces, unknown places, rend sanity a very fine line.
Dark images flood, sweat drips as blood, in this nocturnal realm of terror. I toss and turn, gray images burn, to haunt this travailed wayfarer.
Where dreams abide, terror resides, leaving me weak and weary. Let it cease, give inner peace, vanquish nights, long and dreary.
I awake with fright, afraid the sight, of the visions will still be there.. Can’t shake the feeling, something revealing, will make itself known I’m aware . My bed is in shambles from dark world rambles, I try to regain some reality. Wishing the night, would turn to daylight, hoping dawn will bring finality.
