Thought they were my friends Guess they couldn't see Not until the end Until they turned on me I wish I knew then What I know now Knowing that I've been lost somehow Blame it on me That is what they did Sorry I couldn't be Somewhat Perfect.

Hey, I can really relate to this piece on a very private and personal level. This was an excellent write, one that I feel is a perfect example of the constant battle between the best of friends. People you think love you and accept you more than anyone are usually the first to tuck tail and run at the first signs of any turmoil in your life. It's just to complex for them they say...bull sh*t is what I say.....anyway, i'm over it now...I think....
Great Job, TJ

Hindsight is my biggest enemy. You love, you burn, you hurt, you live, (hopefully) you learn...
it's what you decide to do with yourself in the dark that makes all the difference.

great write queenofdarkness!
I, too, can relate to this; within the complexity of some friendships. You hit a common note with much passion. Bravo!
