--my dad wasn't there when I was born... He missed my birthdays... But I still love him... but this is not based on my feelings though... I love my daddy very much and I'm a daddy's girl... who's spoiled. hehe.

This piece is very strong and I can so relate to the topic. I never knew my father either and to do this day I see him no more special than any other person that ever lived that I never got a chance to know. My father is a faded, vague memory in my mind and I see him as anyone else, nothing special.

very good piece here..you write wonderfully, and while it wasn't always like that for me, my dad worked alot and wasn't able to come to concerts and stuff when i was younger, and now that i'm in college he suffocating me...meh...guess we can't have our cake and eat it too....but anyway...this is a wonderful piece!
