I did not write this. Alex did. He wrote an essay about me coz he just felt like it... just wanted to share it with all of you...
so few of us are left here in this world capable of recognizing beauty. those who can transcend beyond the aesthetic. those able to see the art in things. those who take time to see the duelling colors during the day twilight. the eerie beauty that is the world when bathed in silver slivers of moonlight. those who admire the simplicity of the world and of our own reflections in the play of shadows. i would find myself alone listenin to the haunting sound of crickets humming in unison. listening to the oh so friendly rustling of leaves and the strange grace by which grass bows as the wind gently kisses them. to find beauty in love and its intoxicating emotions and drama. of euphoric wakings and nostalgia. the magic of happiness, of smiles and butterfly kisses. to find company in misery and hatred. the genius that is madness. i see, appreciate and love all these things. but none have struck me as she has. to have found in her perfection? faultless? nay. is she more beautiful than all these things combined? thought says no yet thought oft be foolish. for the heart says beauty shines far brighter when seen, appreciated, shared and realized by two. i see my lover and in her all beauty is true...
