Paradise in Sight

Paradise in sight,
emerald skies I see.
endless placid sea,
reflects eternity.
Trees sway in the breeze,
by babbling brook,serene.
Here is proof God's not lying,
the lamb doth lie with the lion.
In this place are raised no swords,
in endless human discord.
Behold,there is no strife,
no enemies of life.
Merciful God,I pray to thee,
may there I dwell eternally.
