Sometimes life gets tough
Times get rough
And I'm left with the stuff
of the past, and what didn't last
And time it flies so, so fast
Seems everytime you look around
Things are going down
Yet we go another round

I'm set free
All I can be
Is all that He
Has to offer me
Everything
There's no limit
To what God can do
It's all up to you
So break free

Yes I still got my problems
But I've got someone to take them to
Come on now, give Him a shot
See what the good Lord can do for you
No it ain't gonna be a bed of roses
But God will keep you just like He did Moses
Through thick and thin, the faith within
Will grow and prosper until the end

No matter who you are
No matter where you been
God is the same from beginning to end
He did it for me, He'll do it for you
Just open up your soul
And let Him through
Break free

Break free from the sins that tie you down
Break free from the burdens that keep you bound
Break free from the pain that makes you frown
Break free and become Heaven bound

Really nice there John. I really enjoyed this one. I think that you really have something with this one. You know, you're song writing is starting to become as good as the old days of your poetry.
