My best friend was a wonderful man
He was never afraid to take a stand
He loved me more than he loved himself
He always thought about everyone else
And my best friend gave his life for me
And now I worship him eternally
Because he saved me from a darkened pit
And formed a graceful light within
To my friend, I give my all
It was he who first took the greater fall
I owe him my life and it's in his hands
Therefore I shall obey his every command
