The lord gave us light
he gave us sight to see,
air to breath, to sigh, to cry.
Most importantly, he gave his world life and creatures to roam and be free.
He brought his son Jesus
to die for us and our sins.
Our father has given us many things to do, to make, and create.
We need to ride with him and understand his wait.
