hmmm...very interesting piece..i don't know quite what to make of it...i like the imagery and i can feel the sharp bite of the winter's icy air...great job!

Maybe it's just today's french class talking but this poem reminds me of Napolean's defeat by Russia. Anyway, I like the imagery and how the first and final lines seem to contrast winter and spring.
