And when the drops of dew moisten your skin, Do you think of me at all?

When all is said and done, And the day is finally through, When the last of the sun has bled from the sky, You're left with nothing that's true,
Nothing but the memories, Of what was yesterday, Of what could've been and should've been, But even the memories fade,
You're left with all the tears, But not the pain to go with, You're left alone with swollen lips, But can't recall the kiss,
For the smiles have diminished, The laughter is no more, The tears have dried and flaked away, Before they even hit the floor,
And you're left with just the memories, Of what was yesterday, Of what could've been and should've been, But even the memories fade,
When everything's finnaly understood, And there're no more broken hearts, When the puzzle's completely finished, And there are no more missing parts,
You're left with just the memories, Of what was yesterday, Of what could've been and should've been, But in the end it's all the same,
You're left alone with just the memories, But even the memoreis fade.

Ok, I would like this...but the rhyming is distracting and it needs revising.
Nice perspective though, it has a back bone, this can turn into a very nice piece

I liked it..it was almost songlike for what is a song but poetry to music..
