(I felt I should add a note with this one, because depending on the mood when this is read, it could be very romantically nice. Which is cool, but if it helps understand why it is in this section, understand it was written shortly after the end of something very special)
As the day begins to fade
the light slips to dusk
birds sing the song
of another days passing
All the noises are turned off
sounds drift in from the distance
I sit and look out this window
my thoughts drift out to you
time is ticking softly
dreams play lightly on my mind
ssoftly a breeze is floating
leaves tossing freely
a time to sit reflecting
on what we build with time
this love, our bricks of reason
building tomorrows ever stronger
here in the dimming quietness
I miss your tender words
yet a smile still lingers within me
with your touch within my mind
I close my eyes and wonder
if you feel this kiss I send
accross the waves of our love
to your heart from mine
do you feel my arms around you
as I picture them right now
