Have you ever seen
how walls can chill
how the sound of quiet
gets louder in the dark
time drifts by slowly
rain hits the window pain
cars in the distance
rushing to there place
the hum of the lights
makes an erie lonely sound
pictures on the walls
speak their own little stories
as the day closes in
