No matter how much I try Sometimes I still fail No matter how much I cry I can't make them care
No matter how much I love Some still don't react No matter how mean I am Some keep coming back
No matter how much I run The chains still closing in No matter how much I dream There still illusions
No wonder I stopped trying So now I can't fail No wonder I stopped crying Cause they still don't care
No wonder I stopped loving For they don't react No wonder I'm not mean now So they don't come back
No wonder I stopped running The chains are now closed No wonder I keep dreaming For its my only loop hole

very nicely written. I really like it.
Third stanza: "There still illusions"
Did you mean to say that? Or did you miss a word or something? Because it doesnt really make sense to me. Who knows, it could just be something away from my comprehension.
Its so sad that you have to give up on everything...I did the exact same thing. I never thought I could put it in words, but you did. Very nice job!

I enjoyed it. It told a very true story. No one is perfect and that is solemn truth. Noone can do everything right. Great Job, Tj
