A/N: Cirque du freak is a small collection of poems i've been working on that go with a few paintings and sketches i've done, this poem is just one of them so if i post anymore with the same title, they're connected but aren't the same.
Will anyone just hear me when Words are uttered like fading wistful shards Of stars, Pay me some attention when Crimson fluid decides to make an appearance in the Cirque du freak. If you’d only see my little dancing angels Dance away into the atmosphere; They don’t want to be in the world that Doesn’t respond, react and reach for their Hands. I’ll reach for the hands of time If they stretched out towards me… If they’d give me a chance to die with them… I don’t like being hurt So I don’t want to stay. I don’t want to change But I don’t want to cry anymore. Let me wish upon a star and fly away with Anyone who’ll take me-
But you don’t care when you’re tucked up Warm in warm-hearted solitude and friends-
And you won’t fly me away…

i love this part...it was so heartwrenching...especially when i know the feeling, not the exact, but the wanting to disappear from time, to escape life, to just end it...great job...very emotional

Perhaps that is the case amongst most poets, but then it has been said "the best authors and poets are that of a tortured soul" Maybe though, tortured is taking it on various levels of understanding. Ne who, thanks much both, dearly appreciated ^_^

Your lonliness certainly comes through in this piece. It reminds me of some of the pieces I wrote, only without the angels. Anyway, I like the imagery of the angels and dying in Time's arms.
