Poet Club Rules and Terms of Service
Poet Club is a poetry based copyright which utilizes the desire and special interest in poetry. Below is the rules and TOS ( Terms of Service ) for Poet Club. According not only to the bi-laws of the site. But also according to the laws set by the United States government. Poet Club, it's founder, administrators, and other staff members are completely non-biast. All rules included in the TOS for Poet Club must be followed to the exact requirements specified. Poet Club and it's administrative staff team does reserve the right to remove a post(s), suspend a member(s), and even delete a member(s) if the following rules are not followed properly. Poet Club staff also reserves the right to deny you a membership under specific circumstances which will be explained in the lines to follow.
Terms of Service for Poet Club
The Poet Club website operates on a constant basis. Members of " ALL" races, religions, ethnicities, and sex are allowed membership at any time. Poet Club nor it's staff are in any way discriminatory towards any of the written categories. We also welcome any members of any sexual preferrence, whether hetrosexual or homosexual. All are welcome. Any one member which is found to have discriminated in any way such as, private messages, public posts, or e-mails, will be removed immediately without any prior warning or advances. This is your first and only warning !
Site and Board Rules
Poet Club is divided into several seperate boards. There are currently twenty nine individual boards which are divided into categories. Two are solely informative boards for announcements, news, updates, and site information. Twelve others are seperate poetry boards which range from " Heartache and Pain, to Passion and Romance. Five others are open discussions and shorter forms of poetry such as haikus and short stories. Two others are technical support and suggestions for the site. Last but not least, there are two hidden boards in which only the staff members are allowed to view. These are staff board rooms and for staff information and discussion.
There can be no excessive, vulgarity contained within any reply or personal post. Our software is programmed to immediately filter and censor any vulgar language written. However, we encourage everyone to contain themselves due to our age policy. Poet Club welcomes members from diverse ages, races, religions, and backgrounds. We do not welcome nor encourage any vulgarity period. Regardless as to the specification of the vulgarity such as, curse words, or incentive remarks or explanations.
There can be no discrimination posted towards any one member by another. This is not allowed by the administrative staff team nor the United States government. Discrimination is not only wrong. It is also against the law. Any member found to be responsible for any discrimination within private messages, public posts, or private e-mails. Will be removed immediately without prior warning or advance. This is also a priority mentioned in the Terms of Service agreement.
At no time, under no circumstances, will spam such as, website links, names, or unwanted website or organizational promotions be allowed. This will merit an immediate suspension for a period of one month. This time frame may be altered due to the severity of the offense. Poet Club reserves the right to deny a membership under the following pretences. ( 1 ) If you have currently been a member of Poet Club or of any other website that may be affiliated with Poet Club and have been released from a position, suspended, or removed from the site under any circumstances. ( 2 ) If you refuse to comply with the Terms of Service agreements.
Thus ending the rules and Terms of Service. Any one member found to be uncooperative and responsible for any of the posted offenses, shall be corrected in any means seen fit by the Administrative Staff Team. We encourage everyone to post freely, under the specifications written above and enjoy themselves as much as possible. Poet Club also reserves the right to alter, take away, or add to these rules and TOS.
