here sits this ring

to my life it came
by chance and faith
signaling my beliefs
facing up to my hopes
this ring shows the world
in all her might and glory
it shows my faith in nature
tells it's own story
all in it's colors
saying what I believe
all in it's shape
my faith that your out there
with the finger that owns this ring
this life that awaits it's finger
