I don’t recall exactly when I first realized Death doesn’t ride a pale horse, but I’m pretty positive this revelation came after the new millennium.
Horses just aren’t “in” anymore, not in the twenty-first century. Something so infinite grand needs a modern ride. One with flash and pizzazz.
Last night I had a dream; Death rides a shiny Harley cherry red, American made chrome pipes all aglow. When I die, I want to ride a Harley for the first and last time. Screw the pale horse.

awesome piece here...made me laugh a little...and i think a harley would be much cooler than a horse, but a horse would be fun to...except maybe a paint and not a pale one...anyway...great write!

I didn't much care for the poem. I really like horses and so do a lot of other people so I wouldn't say there not in.

I found the poem somewhat close to others I have seen before, I understand the concept and the placing of words is good.. I just wish someone could write one that was plain about death, because iff death rides anything, it rides each of us..... I do no tmean to take away from the writing, like I say, it is good...

Cherry, i'm not sure what type of site you run but, we do not give open criticism unless it is requested. I don't think that Mac asked for your harsh opinion of his poem. Therefore, it would greatly appreciated, on behalf of the entire staff, if you would either change your attitude or face reprecutions..
