Disenchanting enlightenment
is contained in an afterthought.
Diluting past epiphanies,
to philosophies of nought.

Astounding flounders poetically,
lost rhythms rhymes leading me.
To an obscure destiny,
As my place in life is sought.

The inner fire is jaded.
The core of life has faded.
