Hellfire and brimstone fall from the sky As mortal after mortal begin to die A bright light beams above our heads As darkness invades the lost dead The saints of Heaven rise again high As they march on towards the light in the sky Souls are devoured and a few are saved Some go to Hell while others chose a better way Humanity fears facing God's promised wrath At this final hour, they pray to take a different path The gates open up and the world comes to an end The Revelations were true, this day God hath sent Such a devastating event for every mortal man And a horrible day for those left to stand The clouds darken as they reflect on their lives Praying that God could let them turn back time And give them another chance to surrender their souls But now it's too late, Satan's topping off the coals This book we read, it forshadowed these events The return of our Lord, thus bringing the end

It seemed a little akward in places but it's an interesting description of the end of days.
