In the quiet of her heart when time seems to stall if things don't fall in place with pain from unknown places
Love her with all my life hold her with my heart show her that these arms will never go away
when it rains on her parade if the sun forgets to shine flowers do not bloom the birds forget to sing
My love will stand strong this man will try to hear when words can not explain I will listen to her breath
This circle that she's given me the love that she gives will hold through any storm will stand the tests of time

great piece...seemed more romantic than a heart scorned...but still very good...great job!

to explain just a bit .. I used the word given, sort of in the hope people would read this knowing it was written as someone said good bye.. I know we all read poems with our own thoughts, yet for me, this is sad, painful, yet with a hope for her to have a good life.. to me, it fits in no real section and can be read with a smile or a tear.

i can see how it would be sad if she rejected you...i guess since i'm a woman i'd love to have a man feel that much love for me but...like i already said this is a wonderful poem...thanks for sharing what you meant from your viewpoint...it really gives life to the poem!
