Thanks To You

There is no dream, no longer a voice
For I face what has become the only choice.
Apparently those sweet fantasies have led
Straight to my doom. Oh what bleeding tragedy
Another lie of reality...

And to this distinction between saint and lust,
How can you judge without any trust?
In your eyes lie the key to everything
That I fought so hard to avoid. This
Loathing entity within has exposed.

Upon recognition, my due credits earned.
The mark of the sins begin to bleed and burn.
There is no greater treachery than the
ones I'm faced with right now.

Judged long before this moment, that I
unfortunately am left to relive and cry
The tendencies of betrayal ache inside
And you are the only revenge plaguing me.

So then to you, I owe this final testament,
This final review and destination of lament...
Tragic sorrow... Of you I must now
Be sent to Hell-- to be what is thy exiled.

And so with this meeting, you on my mind,
I can rest assured I'll be paid for the lies
And the pain I've caused you,
Whom my heart was torn and shattered.

Yes, I would have to say a wonderful poem... It shows the inner beauty and anger in which a poem should contain. I also love the imagry while reading it, it helps readers contain the full meaning of the poem... Awsome job Seth.......~Nick
